STORE POLICY

Returns and exchanges must be completed within seven (7) days of the invoice date. We collect a 15% restocking fee for returned products, which will only be repaid as Store Credit.

Discontinued/special orders/items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions. Items that have been damaged, cut, or are not in their original state cannot be returned.

The material must be inspected at the time of loading/picking up, and any flaws discovered must be rejected or described in the Pick List. Claims will not be accepted once the material has been loaded and the 'Pick List' has been signed with no claims for defects.

 

Our personnel will inspect ALL returns. Returns will not be accepted if the returned material contains marks or flaws that are not mentioned on the Pick List.

All natural stones vary and contain markings. Target Stone knows that the quality of its products and services is critical to its long-term reputation. We take pleasure in our work and are dedicated to ensuring complete satisfaction in whatever we do. We support our goods.

ALL SINKS, PLYWOOD, AND TOOLS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
